MM03 Chris Fortier - Take The Light (Musical Missionary/US)

One of my fave new labels from the other side of atlantic ocean, for sure. Musical Missionary third release is another promicing and must have object. Chris Fortier original is a trippy voyage into the extensions of acid sound, a melodic space. Three remixers are including and love them more than the original. Deep maestro Jay Triwire offers the first one. He did a great rework, love the echo:ed percussions, old school strings and the flanger:ed keys. The second one comes from Just Jason. His Latenight Mix based on the acidic profile of the original. The third and the last one is my fave of the EP. Darren Duvall remix is a beautiful soundscape with seaside echoes, chilled synths and classy groove. 5/5 full support from me... - Dj Nova, Nova Planet Radio Show
