Some people LIKE jazz, some people LIKE house, for the other I suggest LIKE Amit Shoham. It’s a great suprice when a personal fave producer touches with responsibility one classic. John Coltraine’s ‘’My Favorite Things’’ is one jazz standard that covered uncounted times, but I don’t think that many dance producers did it before. Intelligent Amit Shoham houseworks are creating a new kind of art in house music. Far away from not human form and emotionless digital production that need to follow the checks of our times are easily to recognized among others. To the point now, ‘’My Favouite Things’’ cover based on a deep jazz bassline, lot of percussion and funky guitar strings that following the rhythm of the song so perfectly. Flute and other classical synths are meeting in harmony the warm vocals.
