It is strange when remixes are releasing before the original cuts. It is really great when you got original album tracks and their remixes together. On the first position you are wonder what the remixer heard and work on it. On the second you feel comlete, like you got it all. Tommy Largo ‘’At A Different Tempo’’ remixed twice. The first that already released last november Thomas Sahs Mix on ‘’At The Beach’’ sound amazing, jazz funk meets a hypnotic disco groove in your dreams, just an illusion. Corduroy Mavericks going down, deep down and jazz. Their hip hop jazz philoshophy on ‘’It’s the Beat’’ sounds like Tommy Largo mind’s extension. The best mix for me here. Slowburning disco called Dave Allison offers with his usual style a cool rework on the soulful ‘’We Go Down’’ original.
