22DIGIT024 Remixed, Remastered & Rereleased (22 Digit Records/UK)

This EP is a great change for everyone, even me, to discover more of the sound of 22 Digit. Matt Tolfrey 2011 Remaster Remix on ‘’Substance D’’ by Ping Pong sounded little bit naked to my ears but Shaun Warner’s vocal tech house ‘’Release Me’ remixed by Michael McLardy surely is a back catalogue highlight – Michael is the MAN. Remastered too Alan Svartr's ‘'How Wells Get Deeper’’ remixed by Jerico Remix is an amazing older 22 Digit release that I’m happy that discovering via this EP. The aesthetic afro latin tech house mood with the enjoyable breakdown are dope. Melos & Kyber ‘’Boo Boo The Fool’’ remixed by Ludowick is taken from one of my fave 22 Digit EPs this year like Ludowick’s ‘’Monoplastic’’ that I like more Michael McLardy Deeper Mix than Tom Ellis one that included here. William Welt & Pete Weasel Mix on Michael McLardy’s ‘’September Rain’’ didn’t touch me, Rodrigo Diaz ‘’Switch’’ Decimal Mix 2011 Remaster Remix too. At last, cinematic YokoO Light Shine On Through Remix on Pete Weasel & William Welt ‘’Paranoia’’ is so beautiful, this not house music, this is art. - Dj Nova Nova Planet Radio Show
